Paul Whelan

Operations Director

I have been working in the hotel industry since 1988 and started my career as a hotel reservationist, moving on to national accounts within a large booking agency. Over the past 23 years with Reservations2000 I have assisted clients in a variety of industries understanding their requirements. As well as managing a diverse and busy transient accommodation team I oversee our groups department and assist with delegate accommodations.

Gemma Hesketh

Director Conference & Events 

I started working with Reservations2000 in 2002 as a conference consultant. Previously to joining Reservations2000 I worked in various roles within the hotel industry from receptionist to management. I am now the Conference & Events Manager heading up our experienced team. I have a good knowledge of a variety of venues. I am passionate about building relationships with our clients to ensure we offer the right venue to suit their needs and budget.

I have worked in the hotel industry for 29 years. I have a hotel, conference centre and booking agent background, covering all areas of the hospitality industry over this time. My passion is to work with our customers to ensure they receive the best service, for our team to negotiate the best cost savings and find the perfect venue for every one of our clients’ needs.
